Robot Programmer (Fanuc)

Location: Marshall Michigan
Start Date: Mid-July 2026
Duration: Initial 4-Week Project (Potential Extension)

Schedule: Full-Time Project-Based Contract

GableTek is seeking up to three experienced FANUC Robot Programmers for an upcoming automation project in Marshall Michigan. This project is scheduled to begin in mid-July and is expected to last approximately four weeks with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience programming troubleshooting and supporting FANUC robotic systems in manufacturing and automation environments.

• Program modify and optimize FANUC robot applications
• Troubleshoot robot process and production issues
• Perform robot touch-ups recoveries and path modifications
• Support system commissioning startup and production launch activities
• Work closely with controls engineers electricians and manufacturing teams
• Verify robot functionality cycle times and process quality
• Document programming changes and project updates
• Follow all customer and site safety requirements

• Proven experience programming FANUC robots in an industrial environment
• Experience with robot troubleshooting and production support
• Ability to perform robot touch-ups and process adjustments
• Experience with robotic cell commissioning and startup activities
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and process documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Spot welding MIG welding material handling assembly or sealing applications
• FANUC HandlingTool SpotTool ArcTool or PaintTool experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley Siemens etc.)
• Vision system integration experience is a plus
