Roadway Lead(Civil Engineering) Raleigh NC
Parrish & Partners is hiring a Roadway Lead with extensive project management experience to grow our Roadway department in North Carolina. This position is responsible for providing leadership to the department including but not limited to project management design production staff supervision and managing client relations.

This position is responsible for providing leadership to the department including but not limited to project management design production staff supervision and managing client relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina
- 12 years of experience with highway and transportation projects
- Experience managing NCDOT projects
- Proven ability to manage design teams while providing technical direction mentoring of design staff and assisting with design plans when needed
- Strong track record of providing deliverables on roadway projects within budget and on schedule
- Experience with Open Roads Designer MicroStation and GEOPAK
