Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure temperature heart rate etc.)
Administer medications as ordered
Provide wound care including dressing changes and monitoring healing
Educate patients and families on care plans medications and home care strategies
Respond to patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with Director of Nursingregardingchanges in patient condition
Perform ongoing patient data collection andmaintainaccuratedocumentation
Develop update and follow individualized care plans
Ensure all orders are followed documented and communicated appropriately
Assistwith emergency response measures when necessary
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Build trust and rapport with patients and families
Deliver exceptional patient experience through responsiveness and care
Serve as a resource and mentor to patient care staff
Pursue ongoing professional development
Support and uphold the mission values and philosophy of Cambridge Caregivers
Adhere to all company policies procedures and standards of care
Registered Nurse Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Texas and/or compact license
Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and follow clinical direction
Compassionate professional and patient focused demeanor
