Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings

• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure temperature heart rate etc.)

• Administer medications as ordered

• Provide wound care including dressing changes and monitoring healing

• Educate patients and families on care plans medications and home care strategies

• Respond to patient concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Collaborate with Director of Nursingregardingchanges in patient condition

• Perform ongoing patient data collection andmaintainaccuratedocumentation

• Develop update and follow individualized care plans

• Ensure all orders are followed documented and communicated appropriately

• Assistwith emergency response measures when necessary

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Build trust and rapport with patients and families

• Deliver exceptional patient experience through responsiveness and care

• Serve as a resource and mentor to patient care staff

• Pursue ongoing professional development

• Support and uphold the mission values and philosophy of Cambridge Caregivers

• Adhere to all company policies procedures and standards of care

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas and/or compact license

• Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and follow clinical direction

• Compassionate professional and patient focused demeanor
