NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking a compassionate dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weeknight Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

In this role you will provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations during weekday night shifts ensuring our patients and residents receive high-quality compassionate care. The ideal candidate is a confident nursing professional with strong leadership skills sound clinical judgment and a commitment to supporting both patients and fellow nursing team members.

• Provide supervision and leadership to nursing staff during assigned weeknight shifts.

• Oversee nursing operations to ensure safe efficient and high-quality patient and resident care.

• Monitor patient and resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.

• Ensure medications treatments and nursing interventions are administered in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.

• Provide guidance clinical support and assistance to LPNs CNAs and other assigned nursing staff.

• Assist with staffing assignments workflow coordination and addressing staffing needs during the shift.

• Respond to clinical concerns emergencies and situations requiring nursing leadership.

• Communicate patient updates staffing concerns and operational issues to nursing leadership and appropriate members of the care team.

• Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation and shift-to-shift communication.

• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations NHC policies infection prevention protocols and professional nursing standards.

• Promote a positive respectful and supportive working environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Current CPR certification as required.

• Strong clinical assessment critical thinking communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to provide effective leadership and supervision during overnight operations.

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Long-term care skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently prioritize responsibilities and make sound clinical decisions.
