Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a Long Term Care setting to oversee daily unit operations coordinate resident care and lead nursing staff. The role involves clinical leadership staff supervision and ensuring high-quality resident outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the nursing unit and oversee resident care delivery
Coordinate and update individualized care plans for residents
Supervise schedule and support nursing staff and CNAs
Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
Ensure accurate documentation charting and medication administration
Collaborate with physicians therapy teams families and interdisciplinary staff
Monitor compliance with state federal and facility regulations
Address resident/family concerns and support quality improvement initiatives
Participate in staff training performance evaluations and clinical guidance
Assist with admissions transfers discharges and care coordination

Requirements:
Active RN License required
Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Previous leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred
Strong leadership communication and clinical assessment skills required
Ability to manage staff and coordinate resident care effectively
