Job Description

• Provides direct patient care and develops individualized care plans.
• Assesses patient conditions administers treatments and medications and monitors outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians interdisciplinary teams patients and families to ensure quality care.
• Delivers patient education health counseling and discharge planning.
• Practices within Ohio RN scope of practice and nursing standards.
• Responsible for recognizing and responding to patient complications and changes in condition.
• Supervises and delegates appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care.
• Ensures patient safety confidentiality and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reports directly to the Department Manager with oversight from Nursing Leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active RN license.
• 3 years experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to patient safety quality outcomes and professional nursing standards.

Hours: Night Shift (7pm - 7am); 36 hours per week every other weekend no call no holidays

EPIC and Pyxis preferred however we can train. HARP/CPI preferred but we can train

Required certifications: ACLS BLS
