Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

What Youll Do:
Lead and support your Pods nursing team to ensure high-quality coordinated patient care.
Oversee daily clinic flow including pre-visit assessments for new patients medication reconciliation setting visit agendas and providing patient education.
Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews documentation and timely movement of patients through their visit.
Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.
What Youll Bring:
RN License current and in good standing with the state of California
Two years RN experience.
Current CPR Certificate.
