About Luther Oaks
Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living assisted living memory care and skilled nursing. As an RN youll provide hands-on nursing care while helping support exceptional outcomes for residents.

• Provide compassionate resident-centered nursing care
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate care with physicians families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety dignity and quality of life

Required:

• Active Illinois RN license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotation

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation or senior living

Full-Time / Part-Time

• $33.46-$34.04/hour
• $5000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time RNs

• $43.00/hour plus applicable shift differentials
• Minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• PRN scheduling available
• Weekend and holiday rotation required for full-time positions
