Work Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Pay rate: $67/hr. blended
travel pay: $2412 for 36 hours ($25/hr taxable plus $1512 non taxable)
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Description:
1st Timer/16 WKS/12 James PCU - D/N or Nights - AO12 James Surg Onc is a mixed acuity unit that cares for both PCU and Med Surg patients. This is a very busy surgical floor. All perm staff is PCU trained.
Staffing Ratios - Goal is 1:4 but can be 1:5
Weekends - variable based on unit needs
No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staffALL travelers may be required to float within their scope of practice!
If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract you may be scheduled for days nights or a combination of both depending on the departments needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
*Overall 2 years of acute care nursing exp with atleast 1 year of PCU experience
