Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care by:

• Monitoring residents conditions and assessing their healthcare needs

• Observing and interpreting symptoms and promptly communicating changes to physicians

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administering medications treatments and routine nursing procedures

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation

• Promoting a safe comfortable and compassionate environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
