• Pay Rate: $90.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Mid 12-hour shifts; 36-hour Day/Evening Rotation. Start times of 7:00 AM on day shift and 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on evenings. Every 3rd weekend as needed. Every other holiday. On call: 1x per schedule.

This is a contract OR Registered Nurse position within a surgical services department in Boston MA supporting a comprehensive range of surgical specialties across a 17-room operating suite staffed 24/7. The OR team covers general gynecologic genitourinary oral otolaryngology bariatric orthopedic neurological vascular thoracic cardiac plastic podiatric robotic pediatric trauma and spine surgical services.

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient OR experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Must be competent in at least 5 of the surgical services listed (gen gyn gu oral oto bariatrics ortho neuro vascular thoracic cardiac plastics podiatry robotics pedi trauma spine)

• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Experience in neuro and vascular specialties preferred
• Scrub experience beyond general GYN and GU preferred

• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills

• BLS certification required

• OR is staffed 24/7
• May float to Moakley OR if needed
• On-call requirement: 1x per schedule
• Every 3rd weekend as needed
• Every other holiday

• Talent who reside less than 50 miles from the facility will be placed at a local rate; the local rate is $10 less than the posted bill rate.
• Previous permanent staff are not eligible to be submitted as travelers.
