Annual Range: $90000 to $114000 annually

How youll contribute:

A RN Nurse Manger who excels in this role:

• Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit.
• Consult with staff physicians and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies.
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
• Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions.
• Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director.

What were looking for

Applicants should have an active New Jersey RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Graduate of a professional nursing program (AND BSN or Diploma).

Additional requirements include:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Minimum two years of rehab nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication critical thinking teamwork and rehabilitation-focused mindset
