Key Responsibilities
Assess plan implement and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Supervise mentor and support nursing staff to ensure consistent high quality care
Administer medications treatments and therapies while monitoring effectiveness and outcomes
Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families
Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for all residents
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control practices

Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to lead communicate and collaborate effectively with a care team
Compassionate approach with a commitment to excellence in resident care
Current CPR and First Aid certification required

Pay: $44-$60/hr DOE and Seniority

Shift differentials avail $2/$3hr for Eve/NOC shifts
