TIDAL HEALTH ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Local Radius: Client does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction.
- Call-Off Policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 12 hours per 13 week assignment.
- Orientation: 8 hours of non-billable orientation. Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation
ANSWERED REQUIRED IN SUB EMAIL TO AVOID PUSHBACK/DELAYS IN YOUR SUBMISSION:
Active American Heart Assoc BLS card
Active MD or compact state RN license
Min 2 years med/surg exerience
Experience with Ortho patients
General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Care of post-op THR TKR TSR Geriatric fx patient and other fxs as well as medical overflow
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Epic documentation system Omnicell medication system
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
General medical surgical at least 2 years experience.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
BLS - Must be American Heart Assoc. Active MD or compact state license.
Shift or schedule requirements.
Shifts based on need at time of request including every other weekend. Will not work on unit without other staff present. No on call requirement
Floating to over units/departments.
Other Med/Surg units
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
