Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinical Nurse you will be a central figure in our patient care team delivering exceptional compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings conduct critical risk assessments provide vital preventative health education and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations leveraging technology to streamline processes. Youll ensure patients feel informed and at ease patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

  • Completes all assessments admissions transfers shift assessments and discharge assessments within the time frames established by hospital policy.
  • Reassesses patient status as indicated.
  • Identifies psycho-social spiritual cultural learning needs and discharge planning.
  • Identifies predictable patient problems life threatening situations low volume/high risk patient problems and anticipates less predictable patient problems and initiates appropriate interventions.
  • Recognizes the relationship between physiological and environmental factors and their affect on the patient/family.
  • Identifies current patient/family coping mechanisms support systems and their effectiveness.
Job Requirements

  • 1 year of staff RN experience required.
  • Associate Of Nursing Graduate of accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required
  • Registered Nurse: CA upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire
