- Free-standing facility or part of the acute hospital: Attached to the hospital ER ab imaging pharmacy therapy and walk in clinic
- # of Beds/Residents: 38 Residents
- Private/Semi-private rooms: Private Rooms
- EMR: Point Click Care
- Ratios: Day/Evening shift ratio 1 nurse 2-3 cnas and 20 residents NOC shift ratio 1 nurse 2-3 cnas and 40 residents
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: COPD dementia Parkinsons MS CHF
- Job Duties: med pass wound care fole care ostomy care supervise CNAs/TMAs
- Are there IVs or titratable drips: No
- Do RNs read strips: No
- Physician availability after hours: Yes
- Medication Dispensing System: Blister pack cards
