As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

• Collaborate and coordinate. Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team physicians therapists and support staff to ensure holistic care.
• Empower and educate. Serve as a vital resource for patients and their families providing crucial teaching and emotional support.
• Mentor and guide. Oversee your caseload leading and nurturing LPNs LVNs and Home Health Aides to foster a strong cohesive care team.
• Innovate with technology. Utilize leading-edge AI-powered clinical documentation and best practices to optimize care delivery and maintain precise documentation promoting work-life balance and more patient interaction.

No After Hours On-Call Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Exceptional critical thinking proven clinical expertise strong case management abilities and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Two years of hospital / hospice / homecare RN nursing experience preferred.
