42-bed unit EOW Floating Required 50% of Holidays Team Nursing (see Below)We transitioned to having nurse/tech teams of 7 patients with the nurse responsible for assessments and medications techs responsible for lab draws ambulation assistance hourly rounding etc and then a nurse navigator assigned to help with admissions and discharges.
