Medcor is looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager to lead our employer-based occupational health clinic in Fargo ND. A Typical Day in the Life of a Medcor RN Clinic Manager:

• Manage the daily operations of an onsite occupational health clinic ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.

• Provide clinical assessment triage and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses within your scope of practice.

• Perform occupational health services including health screenings medical surveillance and other employer-required testing.

• Coordinate injury care follow-up appointments and return-to-work activities.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with Medcor policies and applicable regulations.

• Develop strong working relationships with employees site leadership and Medcors operations team.

• Promote workplace health wellness injury prevention and safety initiatives.

• Ensure clinic supplies equipment and medical records are properly maintained.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for the onsite workforce while collaborating with Medcors clinical support team.

What Were Looking For:

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a valid multistate compact license.

• Previous clinical nursing experience preferably in occupational health emergency medicine urgent care or a similar setting.

• Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and confidently manage an onsite clinic.

• Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Previous leadership clinic management or occupational health experience is a plus!
