We seek Risk Management Specialist candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Clients such as SRMC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Risk Management (Risk) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Risk Management (Risk) Solutions and Services Position; however ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Risk Management Specialist ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Risk Management (Risk) Solutions and Services aligned with the Risk Management (Risk) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector. 

This role focusses on Human Capital Project Management Engineering Environmental Compliance Risk Management IT Effectiveness Business Process Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion LLC (SRMC) SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program under DOE prime contractDEM000068 Generally Located In Aiken South Carolina and across the Southeast South Atlantic CONUS Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide Risk Management (Risk) Services and Solutions as a ProSidian Engagement Team Member working in a capacity that Supports risk management activities through planning analysis coordination documentation compliance quality assurance and stakeholder support..  Make Project  uncertainty actionable by identifying modeling prioritizing and mitigating risks to liquid-waste objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Risk Management Specialist Risk Management (Risk) L00303

Safety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training obey safety rules and make safety an integral part of each task. Take necessary steps to stop work if continuing the activity is unsafe or will create and unsafe condition.

•  Completes the Risk Assessment Process using general knowledge of risk elicitation techniques and procedures.
•  Performs assessable element reviews by gathering likelihood and impact data of moderate complexity.
•  Performs Monte Carlo Analysis using appropriate software tools (e.g. Oracle Crystal Ball Safran Risk Analysis) and assembles data and analysis results into Risk Management reports.
•  Uses independent judgement within the scope of the position using knowledge from experience to solve problems while adhering to defined practices and procedures.
•  Contribute to Project  team risk update status meetings and provides monthly risk reports.
•  Approach and progress are reviewed upon completion.

Identifies assesses and reduces or mitigates risks to the liquid waste Project s as part of the organizations Project  integration group. Activities include: Characterizing potential risks and assessing vulnerability of critical assets to specific risks. Risk analysis and modelling to assess probability of specific risks occurring and evaluate/value the impact/consequences of occurrence.
