Rigger Helper

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the heavy transportation and rigging industry.

• Assist with loading unloading securing and transporting oversized and specialized equipment.
• Support rigging crews during moving and lifting operations.
• Operate trailers assemble and disassemble equipment (trailers jack and slide and gantry cranes) escort driving flagging and general yard support
• Help prepare job sites and equipment before and after projects.
• Assist with tarping blocking cribbing chaining and load securement.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting carrying assembling and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain trucks trailers and company equipment in clean working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Travel to customer job sites as required.

• Previous experience in construction heavy equipment rigging machinery moving heavy haul oil & gas industrial maintenance or a similar field preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and suspended loads.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime weekends and frequent travel
