Rig Manager

Quattro Energy Services Inc is seeking an Associate Rig Manager to join our operations team in Williston. This is a full-time on-site position offering a competitive salary range of $75000 - $175000 yearly along with the opportunity to grow within a company that values safety performance and operational excellence in the oil energy and greentech industry.

As an Associate Rig Manager you will support the daily operations of drilling activities working closely with rig crews supervisors and site personnel to ensure that projects are executed safely efficiently and in line with company and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to build hands-on leadership experience in the field while contributing directly to the success of our energy operations.

You will play an important part in maintaining equipment readiness coordinating crew activities and promoting a strong safety culture on site. The position offers valuable exposure to rig operations and a clear pathway for career advancement within Quattro Energy Services Inc.

• Assist the Rig Manager in overseeing daily drilling and rig operations on site
• Supervise and coordinate rig crew activities to maintain efficient workflow
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or repair needs
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety meetings
• Support the coordination of equipment materials and personnel logistics
• Track operational progress and maintain accurate activity records and reports
• Respond promptly to operational issues and escalate concerns to the Rig Manager
• Train and mentor crew members on safe and effective work practices
• Collaborate with drilling engineers and support teams to meet project targets
• Assist in managing inventory and ensuring adequate supplies on site
• Promote a positive team-oriented work environment on the rig floor

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
• Prior experience in rig operations drilling or a related oil and energy role
• Working knowledge of rig equipment tools and operational procedures
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the energy industry
• Ability to work on-site in Williston and adapt to field schedule demands
• Strong leadership communication and team coordination skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and willingness to work in demanding outdoor conditions
• Commitment to safety reliability and professional integrity
• Preferred: experience supervising or mentoring rig crew members
• Preferred: additional certifications or training related to rig operations or workplace safety
