The Company:
Our client is a growing physician-aligned healthcare organization expanding its specialty services across Central Florida. They are currently in the process of acquiring an established rheumatology practice while also building out rheumatology as a service line. This creates a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient base or help grow a program from the ground up.
The Position:
The Rheumatologist will diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis lupus gout and a full spectrum of autoimmune conditions. This is primarily an outpatient position with the option to incorporate inpatient work if desired. The provider will have access to an on-site infusion center and a full support team.
Compensation & Benefits:
$275000 $300000 Base Salary
35% of Collections Above $200000 per Quarter

Requirements:
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Rheumatology
Fellowship Trained
Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
Open to New Graduates
Responsibilities:
Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
16 Patients Per Day
Outpatient Setting (Inpatient Optional)
Full Scope Rheumatology Cases
Access to On-Site Infusion Center
Procedures (Joint Injections etc.) Based on Preference
No Call
No Nights
No Weekends
