PositionSummary
The RevenueOperations Manageris responsible foroptimizingrevenue generation across sales marketing and customer success. This role owns the go-to-market (GTM) operating enginedriving alignment improving processes managing systems and delivering data-driven insights to accelerate predictable revenue role plays a keypartin ensuring data accuracy tracking key metrics and providing insights that improve revenue efficiency and alignment between is a highly cross-functional role that partners with Sales Marketing Customer Success Finance and Leadership to improve performance visibility and scalability across the revenue funnel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning
Partner with GTM leadership to define and operationalize revenue targets KPIs and forecasting models
Support annual planningand goal setting
Develop scalable processes that support growthacross verticals and market segments
Sales & Pipeline Operations
Own pipeline management processes including pipeline/datahygieneandstage definitions
Identifyand address pipeline gaps conversion bottlenecks and deal velocity issues
Establish and enforce deal qualification standards to support successful implementations accelerate adoption and promote ongoing success withLCPtrackerby helping align customer needs product fit and solution scope prior to sale
Evaluatechannel partnership attribution and partner performance
Marketing & Lead Management Alignment
Define and enforce lead lifecycle stages (MQL SQL Opportunity Closed Won)
Analyze campaign performance and attribution to improve ROI and pipeline contribution
Analyzeand report on lead performance by vertical and market segment
Customer Lifecycle & Expansion
Partner with Customer Success and Account Management tooptimizerenewal and expansion processes
Track and improve metrics such as retention churn LTV and expansion revenue
Implement lifecycle programs to increase product adoption and upsell opportunities
Systems & Data Management
Ensure data integrity across systems including accountlead/contact and opportunity data
Build dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility into funnel performance
Analytics & Reporting
Deliver executive reporting on pipeline bookings ARR CAC and funnel conversion metrics
Identifytrends andprovideactionable insights to improve GTM efficiency
Support board-level and investor reporting as needed
Process Optimization & Enablement
Design and document scalable SOPs for sales marketing and CS processes
Lead orassistwith playbook creation to support GTM efficiency and growth across Sales Marketing and Customer Success

Work Environment
This position performs its duties from theNew Braunfels TX office. The roleoperatesin a professional officeenvironment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices andrelated technology.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit;frequentlyrequiredto talk and hear use hands and fingers to typescrolland use computer equipment. The employeeis required tohave close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is afull-time exemptposition. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours Monday through Friday is on the candidateand /or position a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; howevera minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office isrequiredto support executive collaboration leadership presence and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isrequired. This event is a 2-3-day at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
The salary range is$90000.00 - $115000.00annually. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package forthisposition may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Finance Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations Marketing Operations or a related analytical role
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR LTC/CAC churn NRRetc.)
Salesforce experience as a business user (required) including reports and dashboards
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas pivot tables data analysis)
Experience supporting CRM data integrity and reporting processes
Required Experience:
Manager
