American Guard Services is seeking professional and reliableUnarmed Security Officersto join our team in Phoenix AZ. Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment by performing access control conducting screenings monitoring activity and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned areas.
- Control access and verify authorized entry.
- Conduct screenings using security wands and metal detectors.
- Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Valid Arizona Security Guard License (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Clean background.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Experience withsecurity wands and metal detectorsis a plus.
- Previous experience in security access control screening retail warehouse logistics or distribution environments.
