Retail Sales and Inventory Associate

This contract-to-hire position in Brooklyn Park MN offers a $20 per hour pay rate and a 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift. As a Retail Sales and Inventory Associate you will drive sales manage inventory record shipments maintain store appearance and occasionally perform managerial duties such as scheduling and ordering. Your contribution will ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience through daily store operations.
• Manage inventory and record shipments accurately.
• Maintain the stores appearance to high standards.
• Occasionally perform managerial tasks such as scheduling ordering and overseeing opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the team using strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Commitment to completing all required training.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is preferred.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
