We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

As the face of our store youll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our petrol filling station and convenience store.

What youll be doing

• Delivering friendlyprofessionaland helpful customer service.

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at thetill.

• Replenishing stock andmaintaininghigh store presentation standards.

• Ensuring compliance with healthsafetyand company procedures.

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store.

• Contributing to a safewelcomingand efficient environment for customers and colleagues.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
