• Perform disaster response emergency mitigation water extraction structural drying demolition fire restoration mold remediation and biohazard cleanup
• Set up monitor and remove drying and restoration equipment
• Perform moisture mapping and document job progress
• Remove affected drywall carpet flooring insulation and other materials as needed
• Assist with pack-outs and handling customer belongings
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers
• Maintain clean organized jobsites vehicles equipment and shop areas
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Participate in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation
• Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to complete projects efficiently

• High school diploma or GED
  Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
  Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
  Comfortable working on ladders in confined spaces and in varying temperatures
  Strong communication customer service and teamwork skills
  Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  Restoration experience preferred but not required
  IICRC certifications including WRT and/or ASD preferred but not required
