Restoration Supervisor

• Lead and supervise 14 restoration technicians on job sites
• Perform water extraction demolition cleaning and equipment setup
• Monitor and adjust air movers dehumidifiers HEPA vacuums and other restoration equipment
• Complete moisture mapping daily logs photo documentation and scope notes
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed
• Coordinate job progress with the office estimators and project managers
• Ensure all work meets company standards for safety quality and efficiency
• Train technicians on proper procedures equipment use and safety practices
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness organization and professionalism
• Track equipment materials and supplies for each project
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
• Drive company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record

• 13 years of experience in restoration (water fire mold or related fields)
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs work in confined spaces and perform demolition
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
• Comfort working evenings weekends and emergency calls as needed
