• Performing water extraction and structural drying services
• Assisting with fire and smoke cleanup
• Conducting demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Setting up and monitoring restoration equipment
• Cleaning and preparing job sites for restoration work
• Loading maintaining and organizing equipment and vehicles
• Documenting job progress through photos and notes
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members
• Following safety procedures and company standards on every project

• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to participate in an on call rotation including occasional evenings and weekends
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
  
  

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to stand walk bend kneel climb and work in varying environments
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces attics and other confined areas when necessary
• Ability to work around cleaning products moisture dust and restoration equipment
