Were looking for a Restaurant Supervisor whos passionate about people driven by purpose and ready to lead by example. Someone who thrives in high-volume environments and can coach a front-of-house team while jumping on the line when needed.

What Youll Do:

Run daily FOH operations & full-service bar
Lead train & motivate staff
Handle guest issues with a solutions-first mindset
Ensure food safety cleanliness and compliance
Communicate with kitchen & expo team
Open/close restaurant manage cash handling

What Were Looking For:

2 years in a restaurant leadership role
Love for BBQ hospitality
Calm under pressure excellent communicator
POS/digital experience (Toast & 7Shifts bonus)
Nights/weekends/holidays availability
Valid Food Handler card & Drivers License
