Position Overview: Supporting one of the largest QSR brands the Restaurant Store Manager will lead a team drive results and take ownership of a high-energy operation. This role blends hands-on leadership daily operations and business performance; giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.
This role typically starts at 5:00am and consists of a 50-hour workweek. The schedule includes weekends and holidays (Sundays are required). There will be overtime eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage the recruiting hiring and training of team members
- Build a positive accountable team culture
- Provide ongoing feedback recognize performance and resolve team concerns
Operations & Guest Experience
- Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
- Maintain brand standards cleanliness and food safety
- Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently
Business & Financial Performance
- Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
- Control labor food costs and cash handling
- Review performance and take action to improve results
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage scheduling payroll inventory and ordering
- Forecast staffing and business needs
- Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
What Were Looking For
- 1 year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
- Basic math problem-solving and computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit stand traverse etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
Compensation: $60000.00 - $75000.00 per year
