The Restaurant Manager partners with the Managing Partner to lead daily operations develop team members deliver exceptional hospitality and achieve sales and profitability goals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people performance and operational excellence.

• Lead and coach a high-performing team
• Recruit hire train and retain employees
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive sales profitability labor and food cost performance
• Ensure food quality cleanliness safety and company standards
• Complete operational inventory and administrative duties
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
• Financial and operational management experience
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
