Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an exciting upscale dining concept. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-focused high-service environment and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director the Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations partnering closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service operational excellence and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Lead all daily front-of-house restaurant operations
Recruit hire train coach and develop a high-performing service team
Create staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on business demands
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through active floor presence and table touches
Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service execution
Oversee opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational standards
Manage POS system operations reporting and daily functionality
Ensure compliance with company policies food safety sanitation and health regulations
Foster a positive team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality
Assist with special events banquet operations and other Food & Beverage initiatives as needed
Ideal Experience
35 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale steakhouse or fine dining environment
Proven ability to lead coach and develop front-of-house teams
Strong background delivering exceptional guest service in high-volume operations
Experience with scheduling performance management and staff development
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (Agilysys experience is a plus)
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards; ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Hands-on leadership style with the flexibility to support all areas of restaurant operations
