Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Resource ManagerSeniorto supportlogisticsoperations across the Indo-Pacific. The Resource Manager Senior serves as CACIs senior workforce management professional responsible for planning coordinating and managing program staffing workforce readiness recruitment employee onboarding and resource allocation to support Government mission requirements. Reporting directly to the Program Manager this position provides leadership in developing workforce strategies that ensure qualified personnel are recruitedretained deployed and aligned with program priorities.
The Resource Manager Senior works closely with Government stakeholders program leadership human resources recruiting teams functional managers subcontractors and corporate business partners to forecast staffing requirements manage workforce capacity and support employee lifecycle activities. This position ensures the programmaintainsa highly qualified mission-ready workforce while promoting employee engagement compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage workforce staffing plans supporting program execution and mission requirements.
Coordinate recruitment hiring onboarding and deployment of program personnel.
Forecast workforce requirements and align staffing strategies with current and future operational needs.
Monitor workforceutilization vacancies retention and staffing metrics.
Coordinate employee assignments transfers promotions and workforce realignment activities.
Partner with recruiting human resources and program leadership to fill critical positions.
Ensure personnel meet contractual qualifications security clearance requirements and training prerequisites.
Maintain workforce readiness through staffing analysis and succession planning.
Prepare workforce reports staffing metrics and executive briefings for program leadership.
Support employee engagement retention initiatives and professional development activities.
Coordinate subcontractor staffing and resource integration supporting program requirements.
Identifyworkforce risks and implement mitigation strategies tomaintainmission continuity.
Ensure compliance with company policies contractual requirements and applicable labor regulations.
Mentor workforce coordinators and promote collaboration across program functional areas.
Foster continuous improvement through workforce planning processoptimization and talent management best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum8years of experience supporting workforce management human resources talent acquisition resource management or program staffing for Government or Department of Defense programs.
Experience supporting Department of Defense Joint Combatant Command Service Component or Special Operations organizations.
Experience managing workforce planning staffing recruiting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities for large Government programs.
Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and corporate leadership on workforce readiness staffing strategies and resource management.
Desired:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Leadership Project Management Operations Management or a related field.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government contracts requiring rapid staffing workforce mobilization and operational readiness.
ExperienceutilizingWorkdayDeltekCostpoint PeopleSoft Microsoft 365 Power BI SharePoint or other workforce management and reporting systems.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP PHR/SPHR PMP Talent Management Practitioner or equivalent human resources or workforce management certifications are preferred.

Pay Range:
