About the Role
Were seeking a Residential Program Manager who leads with compassion communicates with confidence and ensures high-quality person-centered care.
In this role youll oversee host home placements family caregivers and supported apartment servicessupporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe respectful and compliant environments.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced people-centered environment and can balance relationship-building with accountability and compliance.

What Youll Do
- Oversee residential services and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations (HCPF CDPHE etc.)
- Oversee daily operations of an 11-bed Assisted Living Facility
- Supervise coach and support residential team members setting a positive and accountable team culture
- Serve as a key point of contact for families providers case managers and external partners
- Conduct unannounced home visits to ensure health safety and quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for audits court hearings and reviews
- Support and retain residential providers through mentorship training and ongoing communication
- Respond to emergencies and provide direct support as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered plans and client outcomes
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with individual needs rights and safety standards
- Hire train and manage team members within the program
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in human services case management or a related field
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in crisis situations
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (CPR First Aid Medication Administration etc.)
