A Day in the Life of the House Manager:
As a house manager you overseeing the residents at your particular group home making sure they are properly cared for safe and happy. You will also be directly training and supervising all house staff to make sure they are staying up to date with the needs of the residents & their own required trainings.
As a house manager you will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Services nurse consultants DDS case managers behavior consultants and others to aid in implementing the individual plans of the residents. You will work with families parents & guardians to ensure they know their family member at our group home is living a happy rewarding and meaningful life.

Qualifications for the Job:
- Bachelors degree in related field & one year of experience OR A combination of education and experience which in the judgement of the hiring body meets the qualification standards ensuring satisfactory job performance
- Supervising experience
- Connecticut state drivers license
- Strong multitasker
- Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
- Positivity and a team-player attitude
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday-Friday rotating on-call duties.
