Residential Caseworker (Full-Time Day Shift)

Location: West Chester PA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Program: Mental Health Program

What Youll Do

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.

• Assist residents with life skills development including budgeting self-care medication management and community living skills.

• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans.

• Connect residents with community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams providers and supports to promote positive outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Associates Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Drivers License.
