Residential Advisor Third Shift

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students in the residential program during overnight hours
- Foster a positive respectful community that promotes student retention achievement and independence
- Guide students in developing key life skills such as:
- Waking up and preparing for the day
- Maintaining personal hygiene and living areas
- Time management and punctuality for class
- Completing homework and laundry
- Engaging in recreational and group activities
- Use sound judgment and discretion to resolve student concerns and conflicts
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation of student interactions and behavior
- Participate in seasonal cleaning and dormitory updates
- Serve as a positive role model at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of one yearexperience working with teens or young adults
- Valid drivers licensewith a good driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and other relevant databases
- Mature dependable and well-organized
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Must be punctual remain awake and alert throughout the shift and provide advance notice of absences
