A national residential real estate company is seeking a Resident Maintenance Specialist to receive diagnose dispatch and monitor maintenance requests from tenants owning work order outcomes and balancing cost control customer service and asset preservation. This temporary full-time role is based in an office environment in Murray UT working a TuesdaySaturday 9-6 shift with pay pending intake discussion. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of experience in construction/maintenance property management or logistics scheduling/dispatching along with strong Microsoft Office skills intermediate CRM/VOIP system experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
