Job Summary:

We are hiring a large team of detail-oriented Research Moderators to facilitate research sessions with recruited participants from the general this role you will guide participants through structured interviews and testing protocols ensuring high-quality data collection while prioritizing safety compliance and participant privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate active research sessions with recruited participants from the general public.

• Guide participants through interviewing and testing procedures while strictly adhering to client protocol guidelines.

• Collect accurate objective and unbiased data throughout each session.

• Ensure participant safety comfort and data privacy at all times.

• Adhere to strict security guidelines to properly and efficiently deliver collected data in accordance with project expectations.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal communication and public-facing skills.

• Prior experience in research facilitation data collection customer service or coordinator roles is highly preferred.

• Ability to follow detailed step-by-step protocols and technical guidelines precisely.

• High level of integrity attention to detail and commitment to data security.
