Job Summary
Job Description: Research Data Analyst 1 We are seeking a Research Data Analyst computational biologist to lead transcriptomics analysis on research projects investigating breast cancer metastasis and infectious disease. The candidate will independently conduct end-to-end analysis of multi-omics datasets including single-cell RNA-seq bulk RNA-seq and spatial RNA-seq data. Key responsibilities include expression matrix processing quality control normalization differential expression testing with statistical corrections pathway enrichment analysis clustering and publication-quality visualization. The candidate will collaborate with wet-lab teams and contribute to manuscript and grant preparation. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented scientifically curious and able to work independently.
Required: Bachelors Degree Preferred: Masters Degree Data Sciences Experience: 1-3 years
