Job Summary
Our client a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences is looking for a Research Associate (Biologics Formulation & Process Development) based in Foster City CA.
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $39.85/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical Paid Sick leave(as per state policy)
Support formulation and drug product process development for biologic molecules intended for toxicology studies and early-stage clinical trials including First-in-Human (FIH) studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments supporting biologic formulation drug product manufacturing processes molecular assessment and clinical in-use evaluations.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC UV-Vis CE-SDS and icIEF.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data identify inconsistencies and communicate findings.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks protocols reports and other scientific documentation.
- Present experimental results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Follow laboratory safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement and scientific innovation.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences Chemistry Biochemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field with 0 years of experience; OR
- Bachelors degree in a related field with 2 years of industrial experience in biologics CMC development.
