Our client a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences is looking for a "RA 3/Sr RA (Stability Testing)" based out of Tucson AZ.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $34/hr - $38/hr on W2

Support research development and laboratory activities for diagnostic and scientific projects through experimental design bench execution data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experimental plans to support project objectives.
  
• Conduct laboratory bench experiments make observations analyze data and interpret results.
  
• Prepare technical reports summaries and quantitative analyses.
  
• Develop and optimize laboratory methods techniques and evaluation criteria.
  
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and workflows.
  
• Participate in or lead cross-functional technical teams including investigations and project teams.
  
• Present experimental procedures findings and project updates to teams and stakeholders.
  
• Contribute to problem solving project planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Biomedical Sciences or related field.
  
• 4 years of post-college industry laboratory experience required.
  
• Experience supporting stability studies assay development or diagnostic/biotech laboratory environments preferred.
  
• Hands-on experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH) is ideal.
  
• Strong experimental design troubleshooting data analysis and technical reporting skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
