Research and Development Associate

Job Title:Research and Development Associate
Location: Onsite Cambridge Campus
Duration: 12 Months

Direct responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs
Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction
Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses
Performing cell-based fucntional assays to characterize biotherapeutics
Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature
Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook
Qualifications:
1 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor s research
Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR ELISA Western Blot etc.)
Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams
Preferred:
Previous experience with animal tissue processing
Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays
Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
