Digital Consultants is looking for a Requirements Manager to support our rapidly expanding infrastructure and enterprise modernization. This position is located at Langley Air Force Base Hampton Virginia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements lifecycle; elicitation analysis documentation and validation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect true business needs and strategic objectives
  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed functional non-functional and technical requirements
  • Maintain a robust requirements management framework including traceability matrices baselines and version control
  • Facilitate workshops interviews and collaborative sessions to gather requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers architects developers and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Identify gaps dependencies risks and impacts associated with requirement changes
  • Support the development of user stories use cases workflows and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure requirements adhere to regulatory compliance and organizational standards
  • Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project timeline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Education: High School with 9 years (or commensurate experience)
  • Clearance: TS/SCI
  • Certification: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security CE CCNA-Security CySACND )
  • Experience in developing and managing scope objectives and requirements
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency with requirements management tools

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Experience with DOD Networks (NIPR SIPR JWICS)
