Job Summary

The Treasury Reporting Manager will lead the annual and weekly cash forecasting processes partnering cross-functionally with Finance and business stakeholders to develop accurate cash flow projections and provide clear visibility into liquidity and funding requirements. Analyze forecast-to-actual results and working capital drivers identifying trends risks and opportunities to improve cash conversion and overall liquidity. Enhance cash forecasting reporting and controls while supporting Treasury Management System operations process automation and recurring and ad hoc Treasury analysis for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the annual budget cash flow forecast partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cash projections.

  • Own the weekly cash forecast process consolidating near-term cash inflows and outflows and providing management with clear visibility into liquidity and funding requirements.

  • Partner cross-functionally with multiple departments to collect validate and consolidate weekly quarterly and budget cash flow projections.

  • Analyze forecast-to-actual cash results identify key drivers and variances and communicate trends and risks to Treasury and Finance leadership.

  • Develop and maintain working capital analytics monitoring key drivers such as accounts payable inventory accounts receivable and other operating cash flow components.

  • Provide actionable insights into working capital trends and identify opportunities to improve cash conversion liquidity and overall working capital efficiency.

  • Establish and enhance cash forecasting processes reporting and controls to improve forecast accuracy consistency and transparency across the organization.

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc treasury reporting and cash flow analyses for senior Finance and Treasury leadership.

  • Support the implementation and ongoing operation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) including data validation reporting user processes and ongoing system administration once implemented.

  • Partner with Treasury Finance and business stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities automate processes and improve the efficiency and scalability of treasury operations.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for cash forecasting and liquidity reporting ensuring assumptions and inputs are aligned across Finance and business functions.

Required Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance Treasury Financial Operations or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Computer and Technical Skills

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office equivalent programs along with experience with multi-location or multi-fascia retail sales audit operations including POS transaction processing and reconciliation. Hands-on experience with POS Sales Audit sub-ledger and General Ledger systems preferably Oracle XStore ReSA Aptos Sales Hub and Workday Accounting Center.
