Department Overview
Operating globally across Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Video businesses the Repair Effectiveness team advances operational excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience. By providing end-to-end repair expertise on continuous improvement and enterprise initiatives it ensures service operations are ready to effectively support repairs throughout the product lifecycle

Job Description

Join the Repair Effectiveness team to gain hands-on experience in service operations supporting Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Video Business units. This role offers exposure to end-to-end repair processes operational repair readiness and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. You will work alongside technical and operational experts and contribute to high-priority operational initiatives aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience. Because our operational landscape evolves quickly the specific initiative you work on will align with key business priorities at the time of your internship.

Additional Qualified Skills:

  • A sharp analytical mind with a passion for learning how complex global operations work asking probing questions and solving unstructured problems
  • Highly motivated self-starter who brings positive energy initiative and a strong work ethic to projects and team environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse cross-functional global teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the flexibility to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and new operational concepts

Basic Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering Operations Supply Chain or a related field
  • Graduation date no later then Dec. 2029.
