We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti location.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.42/hour with an increase to $17.62/hour after completing training.

Position Availability:

• Full-Time and Part-time positions available for Morning andmidnightshift (8a-4p and 12a-8a).
• Must be able to work weekends!
• MUST BE A DRIVER!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support to individuals with mental illness in a large group home setting (15 Bed).
• Assist with meal preparation serving and dining support.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
• Valid Drivers License or State ID.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
