Remote Trip Experience Representative

We are looking for individuals with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoy helping clients plan and book vacations cruises hotels Airbnbs resorts car rentals theme park tickets and a variety of other travel experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Help clients arrange vacations cruises hotel stays resorts tours and other travel experiences
• Explore travel options that align with clients preferences needs and budgets
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
• Keep up with supplier promotions travel deals and special offers
• Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
• Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working with computers smartphones and online platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
